These small imperfections are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects as long as they do not affect the item's intended appearance or functionality.

Before shipping, every order is carefully inspected. Any items with functional features, including our wands, are tested to ensure they're working properly before leaving our hands.

While we do our very best to ensure everything arrives in wonderful condition, we understand that unexpected things can happen during shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and carefully curated nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or minor variations associated with handmade products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help!
